About Us

Laurel has over 18 years of experience in foodservice facilities planning and project coordination.   Projects have ranged in size from small quick service restaurants to major hotels and convention centers.  Her proven skills in teamwork, innovation, problem solving and equipment layout compliment any job she is involved with.  


Laurel works closely with both foodservice and project teams to develop solutions that satisfy the most challenging programs.  Her attention to detail assures a fine-tuned yet flexible outcome in fabrication design and work station arrangement. Green design is practiced wherever applicable technology allows.  


Laurel has published several articles appearing in the "Raising Your Equipment IQ" section of Restaurant Business.  In Restaurants USA, "How to Find Equipment at the Show" helped many to navigate the enormous National Restaurant Association trade show.
